Parents or guardians may be offered a separate optional checkbox to agree to receive calls, text messages, or emails from WeRHouston about oral health awareness, community programs, contest updates, related educational and promotional information, and participating community initiatives.

If a parent or guardian does not check the optional marketing consent box, their contact information will be used for contest-related purposes only.

If a parent or guardian agrees to receive marketing communications, they may opt out at any time. Text message recipients may opt out by replying STOP.

4. Children’s Information

The contest is intended to be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a student.
Parents or guardians should not allow students under 18 to submit the form without parent or guardian permission.
